摘要: |
目的 检测10种产地不同玄参药材中重金属Hg、Cu、Pb、As、Cd的含量。方法 采用湿法消化玄参样品,火焰法、氢化物法和石墨炉法三种原子化方法,用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定。结果 测得10个产地的玄参药材中Cu ≤ 13.72 μg/g,Hg ≤ 0.0184 μg/g,As ≤ 0.0609 μg/g,Pb ≤ 0.431 μg/g,Cd ≤ 0.276 μg/g。结论 根据玄参中重金属的检测结果,结合绿色行业标准,初步拟定了玄参药材的重金属残留限量标准。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To determine the contents of heavy metals Cu, Hg, As, Pb and Cd in Radix Scrophulariae from 10 different producing areas. Methods The sample was digested with wet method and determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The method was atomized by flame method, hydride method and graphite furnace method, respectively. Results Radix Scrophulariae from 10 representative producing areas was determined as follows:Cu ≤ 13.72 μg/g, Hg ≤ 0.018 4 μg/g, As ≤ 0.060 9 μg/g, Pb ≤ 0.431 μg/g, Cd ≤ 0.276 μg/g. Conclusion According to the detection results of heavy metals in Radix Scrophulariae, combined with the green industry standard, the limit standard of heavy metal residues in Radix Scrophulariae was preliminarily developed. |
