| 摘要: |
| [摘要〕目的观察清肝宁肺方对嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎(Eosinophilic bronchitis EB )致慢性咳嗽肝火犯肺证的
疗效，寻求中西医治疗EB的新方法及其机制、方法60例EB中医辨证肝火犯肺患者，随机分为两组各30例，治疗
组予服用清肝宁肺方，对照组吸入普米克气雾剂〔疗程1个月、治疗前后记录咳嗽症状、咳嗽相关生活质量、分析诱
导痰细胞学〔结果治疗组和对照组咳嗽症状总有效率分别为93.3%和86.7 0Ic，两组比较差异无统计学意义((P>
0.05);治疗后诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞比例转为正常者治疗组21例((70.0%)，对照组13例((43.3%)，两组比较差异有统计
学意义(P<0.05 );两组对咳嗽相关生活质量总有效率分别为93.3%和73.30Ic，两组比较差异有统计学意义((P<0.05 )
治疗期间治疗组未发现有副作用者;对照组有2例患者出现咽喉轻度不适〔结论清肝宁肺方与普米克气雾剂均可
改善EB患者临床症状，但抑制EB的气管炎症、提高咳嗽相关生活质量治疗组优于对照组，且其副作用较普米克

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe curative effects of Qinggan Ningfei decoction on eosinophilic
bronchitis (EB) in syndrome of liver-fire attacking lung and investigate the new therapy of Chinese
and western medicine and its action mechanism on EB. Methods 60 patients with EB in liver-fire
attacking lung type were randomly divided into treament group and control group,30 patients in
each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Qinggan Nin沙i decoction and
in control group with pulmicort aerosol, one month a treatment course. Before and after the treat-
ment, the symptom of cough, quality of life effected by cough and analysis of induced spu-
tum cytology were recorded. Results The total effective rates for cough in treatment group
and control group were 93.3% and 86.7% respectively (P>0.05); The 21 patients (70.0%) in treat-ment group induced sputum eosinophils[()normal, while the13 patients(43.3%) in control group only
(P<0.05). The total effective improving rate of the life quality related by cough in treatment group
and control group were 93.3% and 73.3% respectively(P<0.05). During the treatment period, there no
side effects[()be found in treatment group, but two patients felt mild discomfort in throat
in control group. ConCluslon Both Qinggan Ningfei decoction and Pulmicort aerosol can im-
prove clinical symptoms of EB, but Qinggan Nin沙i decoction is more effective[()inhibit inflamma-
tion of trachitis and increase the life quality. |
