| [摘要〕目的观察健脾愈疡汤治疗脾虚夹疲型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效〔方法将78例脾虚夹疲型溃疡性结肠
炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，内服健脾愈疡汤;对照组38例，}}服柳氮磺毗陡片、结果治疗组和对照组总有
效率分别为87.5%和68.40Ic，二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 ) ;治疗组在改善肠熟膜病变方面优于对照组，差异有统
