| 〔摘要〕目的观察复方益肺督气胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病((COPD)稳定期患者临床疗效及对血清IL-8的影
响〔方法将COPD稳定期患者60例，随机分为对照组、治疗组各30例，对照组吸入嚷托嗅按，治疗组}}服复方益肺
督气胶囊，观察治疗前和治疗3个月后的各项指数〔结果治疗3个月后，治疗组血清IL-8明显卜降，临床症状较治
疗前有明显改善，临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)〔结论复方益肺督气胶囊对COPD稳定期患者血清IL-8有明显
抑制作用;改善COPD患者的生活质量、与嚷托嗅按相比，不良反应发生率更低，患者依从性良好，经济负担更轻、 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe curative effects of compund Yifei Duqi capsules on chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in stabilization and effect of it on serum interleukin -8.
Methods 60 patients with COPD were divided randomly into control and treatment groups, 30 pa-
bents in each group. The patients in control group were treated with tiotropium bromide and in
treatment group with compund Yifei Duqi capsules, and then, all the indexes were measured after
3 months treatmentr. Results the serum IL -8 in treatment group was obviously lowered,
the curative effects were improved significantly than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion
Compund Yifei Duqi capsules is significant[()inhibit serum IL-8 levels in the stationary COPD
