| [摘要〕目的观察黄茂注射液联合复方月一参注射液治疗非增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效、方法将46例共
88眼(双眼42例、单眼4例))2型糖尿病并发糖尿病性视网膜病变患者随机分为2组〔对照组单用饮食控制加}}服降
糖药或胰岛素治疗，治疗组则加用0.90}cNaCl 250 mL加黄茂注射液30 mL及复方月一参注射液20 mL,静脉滴注，每
口1次;两组均以2周为1个疗程，连续观察2个疗程〔治疗前后分别检测空腹和餐后2h静脉血浆葡萄糖、视力及
眼底荧光血管造影检查〔结果治疗组比对照组的眼底病变改善者明显增多，恶化者明显减少(P<0.01)〔结论在稳定
