〔摘要〕目的观察密蒙花总黄酮对去势导致干眼症雄鼠泪腺组织中白细胞介素一1(3 (interleukin-1(3 , IL-1团表达的
影响、方法健康1个月Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术对照组、模型组、雄激素组、密蒙花总黄酮组,造模后1,
3,5个月3个不同时间段处死,观察泪腺组织中IL-1日表达的病理形态学改变,并用免疫组织化学方法检测泪腺组织中
IL-1日表达〔结果正常组、假手术对照组、丙酸辜酮组、密蒙花总黄酮组IL-1日表达显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义
