| 目的观察骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植于大鼠缺血心肌后，心脏早发育基因DATA-4 mRNA的表
达、方法设模型组、假手术组和空白对照组，其中模型组采用“冠脉结扎法”建立大鼠急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型、收
集从SD雄性大鼠胫骨和股骨骨髓中分离、培养、鉴定后的MSCs，密度调至3x10`/100 },L悬液，移植于缺血心肌边
缘组织的3个位点直接注入共100 },L的MSCs细胞悬液，假手术组和空白对照组均在与模型组相同注射部位的3
个位点直接注入共100 },L的MSCs细胞悬液，28 d后处死大鼠进行相关实验样木处理〔采用逆转录聚合酶链反应
(RT-PCR)技术检测心肌组织中DATA-4 mRNA的表达、结果MSCs移植模型组和假手术组的大鼠心肌中存在
DATA-4 mRNA的表达;而空白组的心肌中未检出DATA-4 mRNA的表达，对其IOD值半定量分析，模型组高于假
手术组和空白组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)、结论MSCs在进入缺血心肌环境后，细胞内的心肌特异转录

| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the expression of genes GATA-4 mRNA in the ear-
