枸杞多糖对人卵巢癌裸鼠IGF- I , IGFR , IGFBP-1水平干预作用的研究

摘要:
    [摘要〕目的研究构祀多糖对人卵巢癌裸鼠IGF-I , IGFR , IGFBP-1水平干预的作用、方法利用卵巢癌细胞SK- OV-3腹腔种植于BABLJc雌性裸鼠建立荷人卵巢癌裸鼠腹腔种植瘤模型,观察其对人卵巢癌裸鼠的干预作用〔结果 模型组血清中IGF- I水平、卵巢组织中IGFBP-1及IGFR水平与空白组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),显示造模成 功、构祀多糖能降低肿瘤引起的IGF- I水平的升高,与空白组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05 ),与模型组比较差异有统计 学意义(P<0.01);能升高由于肿瘤引起的IGFBP-1表达的卜调,与空白组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与模型组比较 差异有统计学意义,高、中剂量组(P<0.01),低剂量组(P<0.05);能降低肿瘤引起的IGFR水平的升高,与空白组比较 无统计学意义(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)、结论构祀多糖能降低卵巢肿瘤引起的IGF- I , IGFR水平的上升.IGFBP-1水平的h降.对卵巢癌具有一定的抑制作用、

Study of lyceum barbarum polysaccharidesoninterventingIGF-I, IGFR and IGFBP-1 levels of Humanovarian carcinoma in nude mice

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To study the effects of Lyceum Barbarum Polysaccharides(LBP)on IGF- I, IGFR and IGFBP一1 level of Human ovarian carcinoma of nude mice. Methods The nude mice models were established with SIB-OV-3 transplanted into abdominal cavity of BABL/c female mice and intervention of the polysaccharides on the mice with ovarian carcinoma. Results The differences of IGF一I level in serum and IGFBP一land IGFR level in ovarian tissue be- tween model group and control group were significant (P<0.01) which showed that the modelling were successful. the polysaccharides could increase the level of IGF -I caused by the carcinoma compared with control group (P>0.05), with high and middle dosage group (P<0.01) and with lower dosage group (P <0.05); it also could decrease the level of IGF -I compared with control group (P>0.05) and with all model groups (P<0.01). Conclusion LBP can decrease the level of IGF-I and IGFR increased by the ovarian carcinoma and increase IGFBP一1 level[()in- hibit ovarian cancer.
