| [摘要〕目的观察热敏灸结合心理干预治疗无症状心肌缺血的临床疗效〔方法将40例SMI患者随机分为治疗
组和对照组，每组20例〔治疗组:热敏灸治疗结合心理干预;对照组:}}服复方月一参滴丸〔结果治疗组总有效率达到
950Ic，对照组总有效率为75%治疗组和对照组患者临床疗效比较有明显的差异(P<0.05、两组均能明显减少SMI发
作次数与缩短SMI持续时间，但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05 )、结论热敏灸结合心理干预治疗SMI有很好的临床

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of thermal moxibustion combining
psychological intervention on silent myocardial ischemia (SMI). Methods 40 patients with SMI were
randomly divided into acupuncture group treated with thermal moxibustion combining with psycho-
logical intervention and control group with oral administration of Compound Danshen dripping pill,
20 patients per group. Results The total effective rate was 95% in acupuncture group and 75%
in control group (P<0.05). The onset times of SMI we二二、Iuced and the last time of SMI duration
was shortened in both groups, but the effect in acupuncture group was significantly better than
that in control group(P<0.05). Coneluslon Thermal moxibustion combining psychological intervention
is veryeffective[()be used in clinic of SMI. |
