| [摘要〕目的观察针刺颈椎病穴加穴位注射治疗急性期肩周炎的临床疗效、方法将94例急性期肩周炎患者
随fiJ L分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(47例)、两组同时以针刺肩三针治疗，治疗组加用针刺颈椎病穴和穴位注射治疗，
每周5次，10次为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效〔采用疼痛询问量表(VAS),肩部疼痛和肩关节活动度分级法评定
疗效〔结果治疗组治愈23例，愈显率为85.10Ic，对照组治愈9例，愈显率53.20Ic，两组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义
( P<0.01) ;肩关节上举外展、外旋、后伸内旋以及疼痛分级法比较，对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) ,治疗
组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)、结论针刺颈椎病穴加穴
位注射治疗急性期肩周炎，在减轻疼痛、提高愈显率和上举外展、外旋、后伸内旋等功能活动的改善程度方面具有明

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To view the effects on shoulder pain with the treatments of acupuncture
plus acu-injection. Methods 94 cases of shoulder pain were randomly divided into treatment group
(47 cases) jianshanzhen and control group (47 cases). In treatment group the acu-points of
jinzhuibing and jianshanzhen, were selected and treated by acupuncture plus acu-injection with
danggui injection liquid. In control group ,the same acu-points beside jinzhuibing all were selected
[()be treated with acupuncture without injection of danggui-liquid. After 2 courses of treatment(10
days a course)，treatment effecience were alerted by VAS, shoulder pain relief, joint movement im-
provement. Results 23 cases were cured in treatment group，with a cure and marked efficacy rate
of 85.1%;9 cases were cured in control group，with a cure and marked efficacy rate of 53.2%.
There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).In lx>th groups scapu-
lohumeral periarthritis was effectively treated and there were statistically significant pre/pos[一[reat-
ment differences in glenohumeral forward flexion，abduction，external rotation，extention and inter-
nal rotation，and pain alert by VAS (P<0.01).There were statistically significant difference in pain relief and improvement in shoulder joint function between the treatment and control groups (P<
0.05).
