| 摘要: |
| 缺血性脑卒中(IS)发病机制复杂,主要包括神经细胞炎症反应、神经元线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激、神经细胞兴奋性毒性等。其中,神经细胞炎症反应贯穿IS发病的全过程。Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)/NLR家族吡啶结构域包含3蛋白(NLRP3)信号通路是引起神经细胞炎症反应的主要通路,中药单体及其复方可通过调控该通路减轻神经细胞炎症反应,促进神经细胞功能恢复。本文系统归纳近年来相关实验研究,总结分析中药及中药复方通过调控TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3信号通路治疗IS的作用机制,旨在为后续相关研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ischemic stroke (IS) involves intricate pathogenesis, primarily neuronal inflammatory response, neuronal mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, neuronal excitotoxicity, and so on, among which neuronal inflammatory response persists throughout the whole pathological process of IS. The Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB)/NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) signaling pathway serves as the major pathway triggering neuronal inflammatory response. Monomers of TCM compound formulas can attenuate neuronal inflammatory response and promote neuronal functional recovery by regulating this pathway. This article systematically summarizes the relevant experimental studies in recent years, summarizes and analyzes the mechanisms of TCM monomers and compound formulas in the treatment of IS via regulating TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway, to provide references for future related research. |
