| 摘要: |
| 成骨细胞凋亡是股骨头坏死(ONFH)病情进展的重要环节。中药活性成分具有多成分、多靶点特性,可调控B细胞淋巴瘤-2蛋白(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)及胱天蛋白酶(Caspase)等凋亡相关通路,并激活磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路及核因子E2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶-1(Nrf2/HO-1)抗氧化应激相关因子,改善成骨细胞功能,促进骨修复。本文围绕成骨细胞凋亡,归纳黄酮类、多酚类、多糖类、皂苷类、萜类及其他代表性活性成分治疗ONFH的主要机制,以期为中医药防治ONFH提供参考。 |

| Osteoblast apoptosis is a key process in the progression of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH). Bioactive constituents of Chinese medicines are diverse and act on multiple molecular targets. They can regulate apoptosis-related pathways involving B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) protein, Bcl-2-associated X (Bax) protein, and cysteine-aspartic proteases (Caspase), and activate the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway and the nuclear factor erythroid 2 (E2)-related factor 2/heme oxygenase-1 (Nrf2/HO-1) antioxidant response-related factors, thereby improving osteoblast function and promoting bone repair. Focusing on osteoblast apoptosis, this paper summarizes the major mechanisms by which representative bioactive constituents, including flavonoids, polyphenols, polysaccharides, saponins, terpenoids, and other compounds, exert therapeutic effects on ONFH, with the aim of providing a reference for the prevention and treatment of ONFH with Chinese medicine. |
