| 摘要: |
| 卵巢储备功能减退归属于中医学“月经过少”“月经后期”等范畴。本文根据“胞宫玄府-气液-胞络”的结构和生理、病理特点，结合卵巢储备功能减退的病程演变，认为玄府郁闭是初始环节、气液失和是中心环节、胞络虚滞是终末环节。根据卵巢储备功能减退的动态发展过程，提出开通玄府、调和气液、通补胞络的治法，分期辨证，灵活用药，使玄府通、络脉畅、气血调和，则诸症可去，以期为中医药治疗卵巢储备功能减退提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) falls within the categories of hypomenorrhea and delayed menstruation in Chinese medicine. Based on the structural, physiological and pathological characteristics of the theory of "uterine mysterious mansion-qi and fluids-uterine collaterals", together with the dynamic progression of DOR, this paper proposes that obstruction of the mysterious mansion constitutes the initial stage of the disease, disharmony of qi and fluids represents the central stage, and deficiency and stagnation of the uterine collaterals characterize the terminal stage. According to the dynamic progression of DOR, the therapeutic principles of opening the mysterious mansion, harmonizing qi and fluids, and supplementing as well as unblocking the uterine collaterals are proposed. Through stage-based pattern differentiation and flexible medication according to the pattern, the mysterious mansion can be opened, the uterine collaterals unblocked, and qi and blood harmonized, thereby alleviating various clinical manifestations. This paper is expected to provide new insights into the TCM treatment of DOR. |
