| 变应性真菌性鼻窦炎（AFRS）是一种以真菌为变应原的特殊类型鼻窦炎，其特征是鼻窦内存在由嗜酸性粒细胞产生的变应性真菌性黏蛋白，具有易复发、难治愈的特点。口腔菌群与肠道菌群通过多种途径相互作用，共同形成口-肠微生物轴。若口-肠微生物轴失衡，口腔菌群与肠道菌群失衡，机体产生相关代谢产物、免疫因子，诱发免疫反应与炎症反应，进而通过多种途径影响AFRS的发生发展。中医学中“肺与大肠相表里”理论与现代医学“肺-肠轴”理论联系紧密，肠道菌群的功能又与脾的运化功能类似。中医肺脾与口-肠微生物轴有密切联系，其对口-肠微生物轴的平衡具有重要意义。因此，基于口-肠微生物轴理论，从中医肺脾探讨AFRS，为AFRS的治疗提供新的思路与方法，具有一定的临床指导意义。 |

| Allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS) is a distinct type of rhinosinusitis where fungi act as allergens. It is characterized by the presence of allergic fungal mucin within the sinuses, produced by eosinophils, and is known for its recurrent and refractory nature.The oral and gut flora interact through various pathways, collectively forming the "oral-gut microbiome axis". Dysbiosis of this axis-an imbalance in the oral and gut flora-can lead to the production of relevant metabolites and immune factors, triggering immune and inflammatory responses. These mechanisms subsequently contribute to the onset and progression of AFRS. The TCM theory of "the lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related" closely aligns with the modern medical concept of the "lung-gut axis". Furthermore, the function of the gut flora is analogous to the transportation and transformation functions of the spleen in TCM. Thus, the TCM organs of the lung and spleen are intimately connected to the oral-gut microbiome axis, and their functional state is crucial for maintaining its balance. Therefore, investigating AFRS from the perspective of the oral-gut microbiome axis and the TCM framework of the lung and spleen provides novel insights and therapeutic strategies, holding significant clinical guidance for its treatment. |
