| 重症肌无力（MG）属于中医学“痿证”范畴，中医药治疗MG成效显著，预后良好。现代医学认为，MG是一种难治性自身免疫性疾病，目前缺少有效的根治方法。历代医家对MG的辨治多从脏腑辨证体系展开，但较少将其纳入三阴三阳六经辨治体系进行探讨。“三阴三阳开阖枢”理论首载于《黄帝内经》，其核心在于：若开阖枢功能正常，则气机升降出入有序，阴阳气化得以平衡；若开阖枢功能失司，则阴阳升降出入失调，气血经络阻滞，导致疾病发生。以“三阴三阳开阖枢”理论为指导，对MG的病机及治疗进行探析，以期拓宽本病的治疗思路。 |

| Myasthenia gravis (MG) falls under the category of "wei-flaccidity pattern" in Chinese medicine. TCM treatment of MG has demonstrated remarkable efficacy and favorable prognosis. While modern medicine believes that MG is a refractory autoimmune disease, and there is no effective cure. Throughout history, many TCM practitioners have approached the differentiation and treatment of MG primarily from the perspective of visceral pattern identification systems, but rarely included it in the three yin and three yang pattern identification of six meridians system for discussion. The "opening-closing-pivoting theory of three yin and three yang" was first recorded in the Huang Di Nei Jing (Huangdi's Classic of Medicine). Its core lies in that if the opening-closing-pivoting function is normal, the qi movement of ascending, descending, entering, and exiting can be maintained, and the qi transformation of yin and yang can be balanced. MG can be caused by the dysfunction of the opening-closing-pivoting function, the imbalance of yin and yang to ascend, descend, enter, and exit, and the obstruction of qi, blood, and meridians. In this paper, the pathogenesis and treatment of MG are analyzed under the guidance of the "opening-closing-pivoting theory of three yin and three yang”, in order to broaden the treatment of this disease. |
