| 摘要: |
| 原发性干燥综合征并血小板减少是临床常见的慢性自身免疫性疾病，因其病程漫长，病因复杂，故难以根治。王行宽教授认为，本病多由先天、后天因素致肾水暗耗，肝木受焚，疏泄失职，燥热内生，迫血妄行，肝不藏血，血溢脉外，故与肝、肾两脏密切相关。治疗上主张滋补肝肾、疏肝养肝、补益气血，兼顾活血化瘀，使精血互生、气行津化，进而使阴血得生、燥热自除、瘀血得化，脏腑、清窍、肌肤得以濡养，同时根据机体虚实，随证加减。总结王行宽教授治疗原发性干燥综合征并血小板减少经验，并附验案一则，加以阐述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) complicated with thrombocytopenia is a clinically common chronic autoimmune disease. Given its prolonged course and complex etiology, it is challenging to achieve a radical cure. Professor WANG Xingkuan believes that this disease primarily arises from congenital or acquired factors leading to chronic depletion of kidney water, deflagration of liver, and impaired liver qi regulation. This results in endogenous dryness-heat, reckless flow of blood, liver's failure to store blood, and subsequent blood extravasation. Thus, its pathogenesis is deeply rooted in the liver and kidney. In treatment, Professor WANG advocates nourishing the liver and kidney, soothing and nourishing the liver, tonifying qi and blood, while also circulating blood and transforming stasis. This approach aims to promote the mutual generation of essence and blood and facilitate qi movement and body fluids transformation, thereby regenerating yin and blood, eliminating dryness-heat, resolving blood stasis, and nourishing the zang-fu organs, seven orifices, and skin. At the same time, modifications are made according to the patient's deficiency-excess patterns and evolving symptoms. This paper summarizes Professor WANG Xingkuan's experience in treating pSS with thrombocytopenia, illustrated with a verified medical record. |
