| 摘要: |
| 支气管哮喘是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病，中医药针对该疾病具有独特的理论体系和丰富的治疗方法。哮喘的发生多与肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关，病机根本在于阳气亏虚、阴邪偏盛。陈新宇教授以“阳主阴从”理论为指导，在临床实践中善于运用中药膏方防治支气管哮喘，提出扶阳散邪以护卫、温阳蠲饮以化痰、助阳活血以化瘀、升阳运脾以治痰、培补元阳以益肾的治疗原则，调整机体阴阳平衡，屡获良效。附验案一则加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease and Chinese medicine offers a unique theoretical framework and diverse therapeutic approaches for its management. The occurrence of asthma is mostly related to the dysfunction of the lung, spleen, and kidney, with the fundamental pathogenesis lying in the deficiency of yang qi and excess of yin pathogens. Guided by the theory of "yang dominates and yin follows," Professor CHEN Xinyu excels in applying TCM paste formula to prevent and treat bronchial asthma in clinical practice. He puts forward the treatment principles of strengthening yang to dispel pathogens and protect the body, warming yang to resolve fluid retention and transform phlegm, invigorating yang to circulate blood and transform stasis, ascending yang to strengthen the spleen and control phlegm production, and nourishing and strengthening primordial yang to benefit the kidney, so as to regulate the balance of yin and yang in the body and has achieved significant clinical efficacy.
