| 髌下脂肪垫增生综合征是一种常见的膝关节疾病，研究总结了仇湘中教授将中医理论与髌下脂肪垫增生综合征发病机制相结合的诊治经验，分析其对病因病机的认识及从病证结合角度出发的治疗方法。仇湘中教授认为，该病核心病机为“肝虚络痹”，将其归为中医学“筋伤”范畴，针对不同证型采用不同治法，如补肝养血、活血化瘀等，并运用补肝健膝方进行治疗，为中医药治疗髌下脂肪垫增生综合征提供了有效的治疗方案，具有重要的临床指导意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The infrapatellar fat pad syndrome (Hoffa's disease) is a common knee joint disease. This study summarizes Professor QIU Xiangzhong's diagnostic and therapeutic experience in integrating Chinese medicine theory with the pathogenesis of this disease, analyzing his understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis, as well as the treatment methods based on integrated differentiation of both pattern and disease. Professor QIU believes that the core pathogenesis lies in "liver deficiency and collateral obstruction," categorizing it under the TCM framework of "tendon injuries". He employs differential therapeutic strategies for various patterns, such as supplementing the liver and nourishing blood, circulating blood and transforming stasis, and utilizes Bugan Jianxi Formula for treatment. This provides an effective TCM therapeutic regimen for Hoffa's disease, holding significant clinical guidance value. |
