| 慢性胃炎是一种常见的胃黏膜慢性炎症，以反复发作和迁延难愈为特点。常小荣教授基于湖湘针推学术流派的“灸经治脏”思想，提出慢性胃炎的病机核心在于气机阻滞，主要病位涉及脾胃，与肝、肺、心、肾等脏腑功能紧密相关。治疗上，常小荣教授强调以调畅气机为首要，结合五经配伍与特定穴位的应用，通过艾灸“温通”“温补”之功调节脏腑功能，已在临床上取得显著疗效。系统总结常小荣教授运用“灸经治脏”思想治疗慢性胃炎的临床经验，并附验案一则，以期为临床治疗开拓新思路。 |

| Chronic gastritis is a common chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa, characterized by frequent recurrences and prolonged difficulty in healing. Professor CHANG Xiaorong, based on the concept of "moxibustionat meridians to treat zang-fu diseases" from the Huxiang acupuncture&massage and tuina academic school, proposes that the core pathogenesis of chronic gastritis is the blocked qi movement, and the mainly affected regions are the spleen and stomach, and it is closely related to the functions of the liver, lung, heart, and kidney. In treatment, Professor CHANG Xiaorong emphasizes the importance of regulating qi movement as the primary, combining with the principles of five meridians compatibility and the application of specific acupoints. The regulation of the functions of zang-fu organs through the "warming and blocking" and "warming and tonifying" effects of moxibustion has achieved significant effect in clinical practice. This paper systematically summarizes Professor CHANG Xiaorong's clinical experience in applying the methodology of "moxibustion at meridians to treat zang-fu diseases" to treat chronic gastritis and provides a verified medical record, with the aim of offering new perspectives for clinical treatment. |
