| 白癜风是一种常见的色素脱失性皮肤病，白斑可全身泛发，病程较长，严重影响患者的生活质量。据白癜风的病症特点，认为阳气内虚、外邪侵袭是基本病机。白癜风的发病与微生物的免疫反应密切相关。结合文献资料及临床经验分析，中医药可通过调理肺脾功能和改善菌群失调，调节免疫，以达到治疗白癜风的目的，可为临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Vitiligo is a prevalent skin condition characterized by the appearance of depigmented patches, which can extend across various parts of the body, with a prolonged disease course. This condition notably affects the quality of life for those affected. Based on the characteristics of vitiligo, it is believed that the internal deficiency of yang qi and invasion of the body by exogenous pathogenic factors constitute the underlying pathogenesis. The onset of vitiligo is closely related to immune responses to microorganisms. By delving into literature and clinical experience, this paper holds that Chinese medicine offers a treatment approach for vitiligo by regulating the lung and spleen functions, correcting dysbacteriosis, and modulating the immune system. These strategies provide novel insights and methods for the clinical treatment of vitiligo. |
