| 摘要: |
| 尿毒症皮肤瘙痒是尿毒症患者较常出现的一种并发症，瘙痒部位主要分布于躯干和四肢，瘙痒的症状缠绵难愈且容易复发，临床治疗难度较大。现代医学对于尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的病因、发病机制的研究尚不明确，也尚未有标准化的指南，且治疗有一定的局限性。基于中医“络脉-玄府”学说，根据尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疾病特征以及发生发展进程，认为络脉不荣、络脉郁滞、玄府的开阖失司是导致疾病发生的重要病机。治疗上可以采用荣养络脉和玄府，恢复络脉的畅通以及玄府开阖有度的生理功能的方法来进行干预，以期为尿毒症皮肤瘙痒提供新的诊疗思路，从而获得更大的临床治疗效果。 |

| Uremic pruritus is a common complication in uremic patients, which often develops on the trunk and limbs. Due to its lingering symptoms, uremia pruritus is hard to cure and prone to recurrence, bringing great difficulty to the clinical treatment. The research on the etiology and pathogenesis of uremic pruritus in modern medicine has not yet clear, meanwhile, there are no standardized guidelines, resulting in limitations for the treatment. Based on Chinese medicine theory of "collateral-mysterious mansion" as well as the characteristics, occurrence, and development of uremic pruritus, it is believed that the deficient and stagnant collaterals， and the loss of control over the opening and closing of the mysterious mansion are important pathogenesis factors for uremic pruritus. Therefore, interventions can be carried out by nourishing the collaterals and mysterious mansion, restoring the smoothness of the collaterals, and regulating the physiological function of mysterious mansion's opening and closing, so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for uremic pruritus and achieve better clinical effects. |
