| 孟河医家论治湿疹重视清热消风、清营利湿、养血祛风、健脾化湿。临证中选药宗和缓醇正，用药以轻灵著称，善用鲜品、重视虫药、病证结合、对症施药。孟河医家代表费伯雄、马培之、丁甘仁3位医家均依据湿疹病机不同侧重点自拟经验基础方，组方谴药过程中以辨证为基础，结合病情审察，并改变剂型、灵活用药，体现了孟河医派用药与制方中的和缓醇正思想。 |

| Abstract: |
| When treating eczema, Menghe Physicians put emphasis on clearing heat and eliminating wind, clearing heat in the Ying-nutrients phase and draining dampness, nourishing blood and dispelling wind, and invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness. With the guiding principle of "being harmonious, gentle, moderate, and right", they were noted for selecting medicines with light and flexible properties. They made good use of fresh products and insect medicines, fully considering the differentiation of disease and pattern and applying medicines according to the symptoms. FEI Boxiong, MA Peizhi, and DING Ganren, representatives of Menghe Physicians, all had made their own basic empirical formulas according to different emphases of eczema pathogenesis. They selected the medicines and constructed the formulas based on pattern differentiation as well as the observation and analysis of the state of the disease, and could change the dosage forms and use medicines flexibly, which reflected the thought of "being harmonious，gentle, moderate and right" in the medication and formulation of Menghe Medical School. |
