| 心为"阳中之太阳"是对心脏气化功能的高度概括,指心通过对机体的温煦、推动作用而主宰一身之生命活动。"春伤于风,夏生飧泄"的机制在于,风为阳邪,伏至夏季,化寒伤阳,故生飧泄之阴病。基于心主一身之阳气的理论,从阴阳转化的角度阐述伏风发病的机制更合经旨。《素问·四气调神大论》云:"逆之则伤肝,夏为寒变。"由于心阳理论式微,使五行相胜学说成为主流,从而在理解上出现歧义和偏差。因此,在阅读古籍和理解传统理论时需要注意把握"心阳"理论的重要意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| The heart being "Taiyang within yang" is a high generalization of the function of qi transformation, which means that the heart dominates life activities of the body by warming the body and promoting bodily functions. The mechanism of "attack by wind in spring causing diarrhea with undigested food in summer" lies in the fact that pathogenic wind is a yang pathogen originally, but if it becomes latent until summer, then it will transform into pathogenic cold and impair yang, resulting in the yin disease of diarrhea with undigested food. Based on the theory of "the heart governing yang qi of the body", it is more appropriate to explain the pathogenesis of latent wind from the perspective of mutual transformation of yin and yang. Basic Questions-Major Discussion on Regulation of Spirit According to the Changes of the Four Seasons said: "Any violation of this rule may impair the liver and results in cold diseases in summer." Because the heart yang theory falls into decline and the theory of "the five elements mutually overcoming one another" has become the mainstream, there is ambiguity and deviation in the understanding of the above original text. Therefore, when reading ancient books and understanding traditional theories, we need to pay attention to grasping the significance of heart yang theory. |
