| 摘要: |
| 基于文献学、训诂学、医学史史料考证,对马王堆帛书中所记载灸疗相关内容分析提炼与梳理总结。经考析,马王堆帛书时期,灸疗已经有了初步的经络理论指导;施灸材料种类较为丰富多样;施灸部位涵盖了从疾病局部到远端的面、线、点多个层次;灸疗应用范围涵盖了痛症、骨关节病、内科病、五官科病、危重症等多科疾病。另外,对灸疗补泻、灸疗禁忌、诊脉指导灸疗、热病可灸等方面进行了初步思考。马王堆帛书中的灸疗学术内容是《黄帝内经》时代以前较系统的记载,反映了《黄帝内经》时代之前的灸疗学术概貌与水平。 |

| General academic examination and achievement analysis of moxibustion in Mawangdui silk books |

| Abstract: |
| Textual research has been done based on philology, classical Chinese exegesis, and medical history. Moreover, the relevant contents of moxibustion recorded in Mawangdui silk books have been analyzed and summarized. The textual criticism by evidence and analysis has shown the facts during the period of Mawangdui silk books as followed. Moxibustion therapy had been preliminarily guided by meridian theory; the moxibustion materials were diverse; the moxibustion sites had covered the local to the distal diseased areas, including surface, route, and point. It had been applied to treat various diseases such as pain, osteoarthrosis, internal disease, five senses disease and critical illness. In addition, a preliminary consideration had been given to moxibustion therapy for reinforcing and reducing, moxibustion contraindication, guiding moxibustion by pulse diagnosis, and moxibustion for heat diseases. The academic contents of moxibustion in Mawangdui silk books are a systematic record before the age of The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic, showing the academic overview and level of moxibustion before The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic age. |
