| 介绍周小青教授基于多年临床、教学、科研实践经验对中医诊断临证运用的思考。以“中医主诉辨证诊断体系”为主体思路，支撑起其临证辨证思想体系中最具特色、最为核心的部分，向中医诊断辨证规范化、信息化研究方向更迈进一步；以“症对与症队”为简捷思路，发展中医“计量”诊断学，简化诊断分析过程；以“人体认识三分法、中西医诊察结合、病证本质研究”补充为完整思路，依次按序认识人体、诊察人体、深入探讨人体病证的本质。以上思路均可融会贯通，相互参照，共同为诊病、辨证目标服务，并结合教学反思，提升“辨病”“诊病”的必要性，形成了符合临床实践辨证的思想体系，为充分发挥中医诊断学服务于临床、教学、科研的优势打下了新的基础。 |

| This paper introduces professor Zhou Xiaoqing's clinical thinking on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostics based on many years of clinical, teaching and scientific research experience. Taking "TCM main complaint syndrome differentiation diagnosis system" as the main idea, supporting the most distinctive and core part of the ideological system of syndrome differentiation, and taking a further step in the research direction of standardization and informatization of TCM diagnosis syndrome differentiation; taking "symptom pair and symptom team" as a simple idea to develop "quantitative" diagnostics of TCM and simplify the process of diagnosis and analysis; taking the "three division method of human body cognition, combination of diagnosis and treatment of TCM and western medicine and research on the essence of syndrome and treatment" as the complete idea, we can understand the human body in sequence, diagnose the human body, and finally deeply explore the essence of diagnosis and treatment of the human body. The above ideas can be integrated and cross referenced to jointly serve the goal of diagnosis and syndrome differentiation. Combined with teaching reflection, we have improved the necessity of "disease differentiation" and "diagnosis", formed an ideological system in line with clinical practice, and laid a new foundation for giving full play to the advantages of TCM diagnostics in clinical, teaching and scientific research. |
