双心护理模式在心血管专科护理教学中的探索与实践 |

目的 探索双心护理模式在心血管专科临床护理教学中的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月在武汉大学人民医院心血管内科进行临床专科护理培训的123位护士为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=61)和观察组(n=62)。其中对照组护士进行心血管护理学、心理学常规教学、实习。观察组护士采用双心护理的临床理论和实践教学内容。学习前后,对两组护士进行双心护理理论考试、临床实践考试以及患者满意度评价。学习后,带教老师开展临床带教评价。结果 观察组双心护理相关理论考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组双心护理实践考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在临床带教评分的各个方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在患者沟通满意度和整体满意度方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对心血管专科护士进行双心护理模式的培养,可以有效提高护士双心护理知识和应用实践水平,有助于完善心血管专科护士教学培养模式。 |

Objective To evaluate the effect of psycho-cardiology nursing model in cardiovascular specialty clinical nursing teaching. Methods A total of 123 nurses who received clinical nursing training in the department of cardiovascular in People's Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled as subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=61) and the observation group (n=62). The control group nurses were given cardiovascular nursing, routine teaching and practice of psychology. The observation group was given the clinical theory and practice teaching content of psycho-cardiology nursing. Before and after the study, the two groups of nurses were tested on the theory examinations, clinical practice examinations and patient satisfaction score. After learning, the teaching teacher carried out clinical teaching evaluation. Results The theory examination scores of psycho-cardiology nursing related theory examination of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The psycho-cardiology nursing practice examination scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). In all aspects of clinical teaching scores, the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of communication satisfaction and overall satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The training and implementation of the psycho-cardiology nursing model for students of cardiovascular specialist nurses can effectively improve their psycho-cardiology nursing knowledge and application practice level, and can further improve the teaching and training model of cardiovascular specialist nurses. |
