摘要: |
由于多种原因所导致的骨髓造血功能低下是临床上常见的问题,目前西医尚缺乏有效的治疗方法,而中医药在提升骨髓造血功能方面展现出了独特优势。本文通过检索本领域相关文献,并进行总结归纳,发现中医药多从肾、脾、气、血、毒等方面来辨证论治骨髓造血功能低下,具体作用机制可能与其调控骨髓造血微环境中的细胞因子或细胞结构有关。 |

Abstract: |
The low hematopoietic function of bone marrow caused by various reasons is a common problem in clinical practice, but currently western medicine is still lack of effective treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine in the improvement of bone marrow hematopoietic function has shown a unique advantage. By searching the relevant literature in this field, this paper summarized and found that traditional Chinese medicine mainly treats the hematopoietic dysfunction of bone marrow based on syndrome differentiation from kidney, spleen, Qi, blood and toxin, etc. The specific mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of cytokines or cell composition in the hematopoietic microenvironment of bone marrow. |
