摘要: |
目的 研究冬虫夏草对免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能调节作用。方法 通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察小鼠日常状态、体质量、胸腺指数和脾脏指数变化,全自动血液流变测试仪检测血液免疫细胞改变,ELISA法检测脾脏中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α及INF-γ细胞因子含量变化。结果 冬虫夏草可改善免疫抑制小鼠日常状态,提升体质量、饮食饮水量、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,增多白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板的数量,提高IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α及IFN-γ含量,以上指标与模型组比较,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 冬虫夏草对免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能有促进作用。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the immunological function regulation of Cordyceps sinensis in immunosuppressive mice model. Methods Immunosuppressive mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Mouse daily state, body weight, thymus index and spleen index were observed, blood immune cells was detected by automatic hemorheology tester, the content of IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α and INF-γ in the spleen were analysed by ELISA. Results Cordyceps sinensis can improve the rice daily state; increase body weight, drinking water, thymus index and spleen index; increase the number of leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin and platelets; increase the content of IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ. The above indicators had significant differences, compared with the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Cordyceps sinensis can enhance the immune function in immunosuppressive model mice. |
