高效液相色谱法测定复方咳喘颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘要:
    目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方咳喘颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用色谱柱为Agilent Extend-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(4∶96):流速为1 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为260 nm;进样量为10μL。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.24~2.4μg内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=4 118X-36.3,r=0.999 8(n=6),平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.5%(n=6)。结论本法快速简便、重复性好、结果准确,可用于测定复方咳喘颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。 更多还原

Determination Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Compound Cough Granules by HPLC

Abstract:
    [Abstract) Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound cough granules. Methods Agilent Extend-C18 column (5 N m, 4.6 mmx 250 mm) was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (4:96). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25 0C and the wavelength was 260 nm. The injection volume was 10 N L. Results The ephedrine hydrochloride was liner over the range of 0.24-2.49 N g. The regression equation Y} 118.1X-36.278, correlation coefficient }=0.999 8(n=6). The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD=0.5%(n=6). Conclusions The method is rapid simple, reproducible, accurate, and can be used for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound cough granules.
