广佛手配方颗粒的FT-IR鉴别研究

摘要:
    目的建立快速客观地鉴别广佛手配方颗粒的方法。方法对广佛手配方颗粒进行红外光谱扫描,分析、比较所得图谱,研究其共有的吸收峰峰位和峰强度。结果各批次的广佛手配方颗粒之间差异较小,都具有相同的特征吸收峰。结论利用红外光谱图分析可以直观、快速、准确地鉴别广佛手配方颗粒。 更多还原

Identification of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis Formula Granule by FT-IR

Abstract:
    (Abstract] Objective To establish a new identification and analysis method of Fructus Citri sarcodactylis formula granule (FCSFG). Methods The FCSFG was scanned by FT-1R spectra. The peak place and the strength of FCSFG were analyzed and compared. Results The FT-IR spectra of the same batch FCSFG had no obvious difference,they exhibited same absorption characteristies.Conclusions FT-IR spectra can identify Citri sarcodactylis fiuctus formula granule intuitively,quickly and accurately.
