四黄降糖颗粒对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠降糖作用的研究 |

摘要: |
目的研究四黄降糖颗粒(Si-haung Hypoglycemic Granule,SHHG)对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠的降糖作用。方法采用高脂饲料加地塞米松法建立实验性胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,观察灌胃给药1个月后大鼠血中的胰岛素(Ins)和葡萄糖水平(FBG),以及血清甘油三酯(TG)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组Ins、FBG、CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,罗格列酮组、SHHG组Ins、FBG、CRP、TG、TC、LDL均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。罗格列酮组与SHHG组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论四黄降糖颗粒能明显降低Ins、FBG、hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C的水平,具有一定的增强胰岛素敏感性和改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。 更多还原 |

[Abstract] Objective To study the Hypoglycemic effects of Sihuang Gypoglycemic Granule(SHHG) on the rat model of insulin resistance. Methods The diabetic rat model was estabilished by feeding high fat diet for a certain duration and intraperitoneal injection with Dexamethasone(DEX)(1mg/kg) every other day. The fast blood glucose, total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoproptein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoproptein cholesterol(HDL-C),C-reative pritein (hs-CPR) and insulin conrent inbloods if these rat were evaluated after gastric lavaged with medicine for one month. Results Compared with control group, the contents of Ins, FBD, TG, TC, LDL-C,andCRP in model group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with model group, the contents of Ins,FBD, TG, TC, LDL-C,and CRP in SHHG group and rosiglistazone hydrochoride group were significantly reduce the contents of Ins,FBD, TG, TC, LDL-C,and CRP, and enhance the sensitivity to insulin and improve insulin resistance. |
