| 针刺颈椎病穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察针刺颈椎病穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将
102例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各51例。治疗组针刺以颈
椎病穴为主穴,对照组针刺以颈夹脊穴为主穴;两组针刺得气后,均辨证取穴,
接电针仪,中等刺激强度,每日1次,10次为1个疗程。均治疗2个疗程后,采用头
晕症状评分量表和经颅多普勒(TCD)检查比较2组患者治疗前后临床症状改善
情况及椎-基底动脉血流速度改善情况。结果治疗组患者临床愈显率为85%,显
著高于对照组50%(P<0.05);眩晕证候积分减少率,血流速度改变率,两组治疗
后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺颈椎病穴在改善患者临床症状,
改善血流速度,提高临床愈显率方面较颈夹脊穴组有明显的优势。 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical effects of
acupuncturing cervical spondylosis二-
lated acu-points on treating vertebral artery type of cervical
spondylosis. Methods 102 patients with
vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly
divided into treatment group
and control group, with 51 cases in each group. Treatment
group was treated with acupunc-
ture mainly on cervical spondylosis related acu -points.
Control group was treated with acupunc-
ture mainly on Jingjiaji acu-point. 2 groups were treated
based on symptom differentiation using
electro-acupuncture device with medium stimulus intensity, once a
day, 10 times in a course. After
2 courses, dizziness symptom scale and TCD examination were
conducted[()observe the improve-
ment of clinical symptoms and blood circulation speed in
vertebral artery. Results The cured
and markedly effective rate was 85% in treatment group, which was
significantly higher than data
of control group (50%)(P<0.05). The improvement of dizziness
symptom and blood circulation speed
was different between 2 groups after treatment with
statistic significances (P<0.05).Conclusion
Compared with acupuncture on Jingjiaji acu-point, acupuncture on
cervical spondylosis related acu-
points has significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms
and blood circulation and increas-
ing clinical cured and markedly effective rate. |
