| 调神法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起疼痛的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察调神法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起疼痛的临床疗效。方法将
60例确诊患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组30例,采取调神法结合常规针法治疗;
对照组30例,单纯采用常规针法。观察两组治疗前后的视觉模拟(VAS)评分和
腰痛病情(Fairbank JC)评分。结果治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分比较,治疗组疗
效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组Fairbank JC腰痛病情评分比较,治疗组优于对照
组(P<0.05)。结论调神法治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的疼痛临床效果较好,提示
其可能为治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起疼痛的一种重要方法。 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical effects of
regulating mentality therapy on the
pain caused by lumbar disc protrusion. Methods 60 lumbar disc
protrusion patients were random-
1y divided into treatment group and control group with 30
cases in each group. Treatment group
was treated with conventional acupuncture combined regulating
mentality therapy; control group was
treated with conventional acupuncture only. VAS and Fairbank JC
were evaluated bef<)二and after
treatment. Results Compared with control group, dada of VAS and
Fairbank JC of treatment group
was better (P<0.05) after treatment. Conclusion Regulating
mentality therapy is effective in treating
the pain caused by lumbar disc protrusion. |
