正交试验法优选冰荷洗剂醇提工艺

摘要:
    目的研究冰荷洗剂最佳醇提工艺条件。方法采用正交试验,以苦参 中的主要有效成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的浸出量及浸膏得率为考察指标,用 L9(34)正交表安排实验,优化提取条件。结果最佳提取工艺为药材用60%乙醇 回流提取3次,溶媒加量分别为8、6、6倍,提取时间分别为2、1.5、1.5 h。结 论本实验为冰荷洗剂醇提工艺的确定提供了可靠的实验依据.

optimization of the ectraction technology of Binghe Lotion using theanol by orthogonal experiments

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Binghe Lotion using ethanol. Methods The extraction technology of Binghe Lotion was optimized with orthogonal experiment of L9 (34), taking the contents of matrine and oxymatrine which were the main active ingredients in Sophora flavescens and the extract yields as indexes. Results The best extraction conditions of Binghe Lotion using 60% ethanol as solvent were as follows: adding 8 , 6,6 times solvent into herbs, then reflux extracting 3 times,and 2.0,1.5,1.5 h for each time respectively. Conclusion The study may provide reliable experiment data for the Binghe Lotion extraction technology with ethanol.
