| 摘要: |
| 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定可达灵片中脱氢延胡索碱含量的方法
。方法采用Aglient 1200高效液相色谱仪;Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6
mm,5μm);流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸盐溶液-乙腈(68∶32),流速为1.0
ml/min;检测波长为340 nm。结果脱氢延胡索碱在0.1～1μg进样量内与峰面
积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.0%。结论本方法
简便、可靠、重复性好,可用于可达灵片的质量控制。 |
