药线植入治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘要:
    目的观察药线植入治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法100 例患者随机分为两组:治疗组50 例,采用 药线植入方法,2 周治疗1 次,3 个月后,总结分析疗效;对照组50 例,采用传统的针刺方法,每日1 次,10 次为1 疗 程。3 个疗程后进行疗效统计。观察治疗前后疼痛积分及骨密度变化。结果治疗组在疼痛值评分及骨密度骨矿含量 宽频超声衰减(BUA)的测定均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药线植入法优于针刺组,是治 疗老年性骨质疏松症一种有效的方法。

Clinical effects of medicated thread implantationon senile osteoporosis

Abstract:
    Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of medicated thread implantation on senile osteoporosis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in treatment group were treated with medicated thread implantation, once per 2 weeks, and its clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 months. 50 patients in control group were treated with the traditional acupuncture once a day, 10 days a treatment course, and its clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 courses. The pain score and bone density were observed before and after treatments. Results The pain score and bone density (measured by the method of BUA) in treatment group was better than the data of control group. There were significant differences between 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The medicated thread implantation method is superior to the traditional acupuncture. The medicated thread implantation is effective in treating senile osteoporosis.
