| [摘要〕目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗慢性卜腰痛的临床疗效〔方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，
治疗组予以银质针导热疗法，对照组予以小针刀，2周1次，2次为1个疗程，经1个疗程治疗后于2周、12周时进行
疗效评定，统计临床疗效〔结果治疗后2周，两组患者卜腰痛症状均有缓解，经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe clinical effects of the silver needles diathermy on chronic
low back pain. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group
and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with silver needles diathermy and
with small knife therapy in control group, one time every two weeks, 2 times 1 treatment course.
After 2 weeks and 12 weeks, the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The symptoms of lower
back pain in both groups were relieved (P>0.05) after 12 weeks; the total effective rate was 90.5%
in treatment group and 76.3% in control group, and the long-term efficacy in treatment group was
better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Silver needle diathermy is very effective
for chronic low back pain and has good long-term effect. |
