| 〔摘要〕目的观察中药导痰汤治疗中风痰浊上扰证的临床疗效〔方法选择120例中风患者，随机分为治疗组60
例，对照组60例〔两组均予常规西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用导痰汤，治疗4周后统计疗效〔结果治疗组临床疗
效总显著进步率为55.00Ic，对照组为36.70Ic，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 );中医证候疗效治疗组总显效率为
63.30Ic，对照组为30.00Ic，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 ) ;治疗组中医证候积分减少明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<
0.05 )〔结论中药导痰汤治疗中风痰浊上扰证有较好疗效〔 |
