自拟清热益气化毒方治疗湿热毒型尖锐湿疣CO2激光术后复发的临床研究 |

摘要: |
目的 评估自拟清热益气化毒方在治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)CO2激光术后预防复发中的疗效,并观察其对免疫功能、炎症水平的影响。方法 将CA患者随机分为治疗组(自拟清热益气化毒方)和对照组(香菇多糖片)。检测两组治疗前后白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、γ型干扰素(IFN-γ)等炎症因子的水平及CD4阳性T淋巴细胞(CD4+)、CD8阳性T淋巴细胞(CD8+)等免疫细胞亚群的影响,评估两组临床疗效、复发率及安全性。结果 治疗后,治疗组IL-2水平升高,IL-10、IFN-γ水平下降,CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+比值显著改善(P<0.05),且上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见严重不良反应。结论 自拟清热益气化毒方在CA治疗中具有明确的临床疗效,其作用可能与免疫功能的重建、抗病毒能力的增强及炎症因子的下调密切相关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-formulated Qingre Yiqi Huadu Formula (QRYQHDF) in preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum (CA) after carbon dioxide (CO2) laser surgery and to examine its effects on immune and infla-mmatory indicators. Methods CA patients were randomly divided into two groups of the Chinese medicine (TCM) group (treated with the self-formulated QRYQHDF) and the control group (treated with lentinan tablets). Levels of inflammatory factors including interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-10 (IL-10), and interferon-γ (IFN-γ), as well as the effects on immune cell subsets such as CD4-positive T lymphocytes (CD4+) and CD8-positive T lymphocytes (CD8+) were measured before and after treatment in both groups. Clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, and safety of the two groups were assessed. Results After treatment, the TCM group showed an increase in IL-2 level and significant improvements in CD4+, CD8+, and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio, along with decreased levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ (P<0.05), and all indicators were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the TCM group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and no serious adverse reactions were observed in either group. Conclusion Self-formulated QRYQHDF demonstrates clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of CA, and its effects may be closely related to immune function restoration, enhanced antiviral ability, and the downregulation of inflammatory factors. |
