| 摘要: |
| 鼻咽癌是常见的头颈部上皮性肿瘤之一。目前，本病的主要治疗手段以放化疗为主，但存在毒副作用大、并发症和后遗症较多、治疗后易复发等问题。田道法教授提出“气虚染毒，阳耗阴结”是本病的核心病机，主张以“扶正祛邪”法为根本治则。根据本病正邪消长的演变规律进行分期论治：初期正气不足、内外合邪，治以扶固正气、祛邪解毒，常用益气解毒方加减；后期阳气虚衰、脉络瘀阻，治以温补阳气、活血化瘀，常用益气温阳活血方加减。田道法教授用药重视扶正祛邪、温阳滋阴、疏其气血，临床实践显示能有效改善患者症状并降低复发风险，具有推广应用价值。 |

| Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), one of the most common epithelial malignancies of the head and neck, is currently mainly treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which are associated with severe side effects, numerous complications, and high recurrence risk. Professor TIAN Daofa proposes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is "qi deficiency with toxin invasion, yang consumption and yin stagnation", advocating reinforcing healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors as the fundamental therapeutic principle. He adopts a stage-specific therapeutic approach based on the evolving dynamics of healthy qi and pathogenic factors during the course of the disease. In the early stage characterized by insufficient healthy qi and attack of combined endogenous and exogenous pathoges, modified Yiqi Jiedu Formula is used to reinforce healthy qi, eliminate pathogenic factors, and remove toxins; in the late stage, marked by yang qi deficiency with blood stasis blocking collaterals, modified Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula is applied so as to warm yang, circulate blood and transform stasis. Focusing on reinforcing healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors, warming yang, nourishing yin, and promoting qi and blood circulation, Professor TIAN's therapeutic approach has been clinically proven to effectively relieve symptoms and reduce recurrence risk, showing significant value for promotion. |
