| 摘要: |
| 少弱精子症(OAZ)是男性不育的常见原因,主要表现为精子浓度降低及活力不足,发病率较高。目前,OAZ的核心致病机制仍缺乏系统性阐释。程序性细胞死亡(PCD)贯穿精子发生、成熟及功能维持全周期,是构成OAZ发生与进展的关键调控模式。细胞凋亡、细胞自噬、铁死亡、坏死性凋亡及细胞焦亡等PCD形式被证实参与生殖细胞命运调控及睾丸微环境稳态维持,为重新理解OAZ提供了新的视角。中医药在调控复杂生理网络方面具有独特优势,中药单体、中药复方可介导PCD相关生物学过程,改善男性生殖功能。基于此,本文以PCD为关键切入点,系统总结其在OAZ中的分子机制,并综述中医药调控PCD干预OAZ的研究进展,旨在为OAZ的机制研究、靶向干预策略构建及中医药现代转化提供新的研究启示。 |

| Abstract: |
| Oligoasthenozoospermia(OAZ) is a common cause of male infertility, primarily characterized by reduced sperm concentration and insufficient motility, with a relatively high incidence rate. Currently, the core pathogenic mechanisms of OAZ still lack a systematic explanation. Programmed cell death(PCD) spans the entire process of spermatogenesis, maturation, and functional maintenance, serving as a key regulatory mode in the onset and progression of OAZ. Forms of PCD, including apoptosis, autophagy,ferroptosis, necroptosis, and pyroptosis, have been demonstrated to participate in germ cell fate regulation and the maintenance of testicular microenvironment homeostasis, offering new perspectives for reinterpreting OAZ. TCM possesses unique advantages in regulating complex physiological networks. TCM monomers and compound formulas can mediate PCD-related biological processes,thereby improving male reproductive function. Accordingly, this paper systematically summarizes the molecular mechanisms of PCD in OAZ, using PCD as a key entry point, and reviews research progress on TCM regulation of PCD to intervene in OAZ, aiming to provide new research insights for the mechanistic study of OAZ, the construction of targeted intervention strategies, and the modern transformation of TCM. |
