| 摘要: |
| 温胆汤作为理气化痰的经典名方，适用于“痰”邪所致的各类病证，其在不同心血管疾病中的广泛应用体现了中医学“异病同治”的理论核心。温胆汤及其加减方在高血压、冠心病、心律失常及心力衰竭等心血管疾病治疗中应用广泛，不仅能改善临床症状、控制血压与血脂等危险因素，还可调节焦虑与抑郁等情志状态，其作用机制涉及抑制炎症反应、稳定斑块、保护血管内皮及心肌细胞、改善能量代谢等多个方面。本文系统梳理了温胆汤及其加减方的中医理论基础、临床应用进展及现代机制研究，以期为其临床运用及后续研究提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Wendan Decoction(WDD), a classic formula for regulating qi and transforming phlegm, is applicable to various conditions caused by phlegm pathogen. Its widespread use in different cardiovascular diseases embodies the core TCM principle of "same treatment for different diseases". WDD and its modified formulas are widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, and heart failure. They not only alleviate clinical symptoms and control risk factors including blood pressure and blood lipids, but also regulate emotional states such as anxiety and depression.Their mechanisms of action involve multiple aspects, including inhibition of inflammatory reaction, plaque stabilization, protection of vascular endothelium and cardiac muscle cells, and improvement of energy metabolism. This paper systematically reviews the TCM theoretical basis, clinical application progress, and modern mechanistic studies of WDD and its modified formulas, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for its clinical application and future research. |
