| 本文系统探讨MAPK信号通路在调控细胞增殖与凋亡、侵袭与转移、免疫应答、逆转耐药及调控细胞周期等方面的作用机制,并综述黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类等中药活性成分及益气扶正方、养肺方、肺岩宁颗粒等中药复方通过调控MAPK信号通路抗肺癌的研究进展,旨在为临床抗肺癌药物的研发提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article systematically explores the mechanism of action of the MAPK signaling pathway in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, immunity, reversal of drug resistance, and regulation of the cell cycle. Additionally, it reviews the research progress on anti-lung cancer effects mediated by the modulation of the MAPK signaling pathway through active components of TCM, including flavonoids, saponins, and alkaloids, as well as TCM compound formulas such as Yiqi Fuzheng Formula, Yangfei Formula, and Feiyanning Granules. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for the development of clinical anti-lung cancer drugs. |
