| 摘要: |
| 昼夜节律是生物体内固有的生理机制，其紊乱与冠心病等心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。不同冠心病亚型的昼夜节律存在明显差异：稳定型心绞痛以上午9:00—12:00为发作高峰，相对风险升高3.0倍；不稳定型心绞痛高发时段提前至6:00—12:00，与动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂的时间窗高度吻合；我国急性心肌梗死患者呈独特双峰分布，与西方人群晨起单峰模式显著不同。基于子午流注理论的中医药择时干预，结合气血流注时辰规律与亚型发病特点，通过择时服药、针刺、穴位敷贴、艾灸等方法，可有效改善患者临床症状与生活质量。相关研究证实了子午流注理论在冠心病中的差异化应用价值，为精准择时治疗提供理论依据，体现了中医“天人合一” 理念在个体化医学中的重要意义。 |

| Circadian rhythm is an inherent physiological mechanism in living organisms, and its disruption is closely associated with the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease (CHD). Significant differences in circadian rhythms exist across different CHD subtypes: stable angina pectoris exhibits a peak incidence between 9:00 and 12:00, with a 3.0-fold increase in relative risk; unstable angina pectoris demonstrates a high incidence period that shifts earlier to 6:00–12:00, closely aligning with the time window of atherosclerotic plaque rupture; notably, patients with acute myocardial infarction in China show a unique bimodal distribution, contrasting with the morning unimodal pattern in Western populations. The chrono-intervention of TCM based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory, combining the temporal rules of qi and blood circulation with the onset characteristics of different subtypes, can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients through methods such as chrono-medication, acupuncture, acupoint application, and moxibustion. Relevant studies have confirmed the differential application value of the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory in CHD, providing a theoretical basis for precise chronotherapy, and reflecting the significance of the TCM concept of "man-nature unity" in personalized medicine. |
