| 肺复康方改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的临床研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察肺复康方改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组服用肺复康方治疗,酌情予对症支持处理。对照组患者仅酌情单纯予以对症支持治疗。两组均在2个月后复查评估1次。以Karnorfsy评分、症状积分、体质量等指标观察生活质量改善情况。结果两组治疗后Karnorfsy评分、症状积分、体质量改善疗效观察组总有效率分别为83.3%、73.3%、83.3%,对照组分别为46.7%、43.3%、43.3%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺复康方在改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量方面的疗效优于单纯对症支持治疗。 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract] Objective To study the effects of Feifu Kang to improve the quality of life in
patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 patients were randomly assigned to
treatment and control groups in 30 patients each. Treatment group taking Feifu Kang therapy, as
appropriate, be symptomatic support. Control group patients with symptomatic support only where
appropriate, simple treatment and regular follow-up. Treatment and control groups review
assessment in 2 months time. The situation of life quality was observed according to KPS,
symptom score, and weight. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33%, 73.3% and 83.3%.The control group was 46.7%，43.3% and 43.3%.The two groups had a
statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Feifu Kang in improving the
quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer was better than symptomatic
treatment. |
