摘要: |
目的优选葡萄籽软胶囊的制备工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交表安排试验,以均匀度、流动性、沉降比等为考察指标,优选软胶囊内容物制备条件;通过囊皮制备情况、崩解时限等指标对囊皮配方进行选择。结果葡萄籽软胶囊内容物配制以通过150目的原料提取物,加入总量30%的大豆油、3.5%的蜂蜡为佳;囊皮配方中明胶-甘油-水的比例为1∶0.5∶1。结论所制得葡萄籽软胶囊工艺基本稳定,质量可控,可用于大生产。 更多还原 |

(Abstract] Objective To optimize the preparation technology of grape seed soft capsules.
Methods hg (3今orthogonal test was used in this paper. The uniformity, mobility and settlement
ratio were the observational indexes. The content of soft capsules preparation conditions was
optimized. Through the capsule skin preparation, the disintegration time limit index to select While
the capsule skin formula was selected through the capsule skin preparation and the disintegration
time limit index. Results The content in grape seed soft capsule preparation勿150 to extract,
adding amount of 30% soybean oil, 3.5% beeswax is preferred. The best prescription of capsule
shells was gelatin-glycerol-water (1:0.5:1). Conclusion The grape seed soft capsule technology was
basically stable, controllable quality, suitable for mass production. |
