| 摘要: |
| 慢性疲劳综合征是一种以长期疲劳为主要临床表现，伴随躯体症状、负性情绪及认知功能损害等多系统异常的临床症候群。陈新宇教授基于“精气形神”一体观理论，认为精气虚衰、形神共病是该病的核心病机，其中肾精气亏耗是发病的关键因素，病程中常累及肝脾，最终形成以本虚标实、形神共病为特点的复杂病理状态。陈新宇教授依据精气同调、形神共养的治疗原则，主张以补肾填精化气为核心治法，同时兼顾调养肝脾，佐以治标的治疗策略，临证选用金匮肾气丸加减，屡获良效。附验案一则加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| Chronic fatigue syndrome（CFS） is a clinical syndrome characterized by persistent fatigue as the primary manifestation,accompanied by multisystem abnormalities such as somatic symptoms, negative emotions, and cognitive impairment. Professor CHEN Xinyu, based on the holistic integration of "essence, qi, body, and spirit," posits that the core pathogenesis of CFS lies in deficiency of essence and qi, coupled with concurrent impairment of body and spirit. Specifically, depletion of kidney essence and qi is identified as the pivotal factor in disease onset, with the disease course often involving the liver and spleen, ultimately forming a complex pathological state marked by deficiency in root with excess in manifestations and co-morbidity of body and spirit. Guided by the therapeutic principles of simultaneously regulating essence and qi and nourishing both body and spirit, Professor CHEN advocates a kidney-tonifying, essence-replenishing, and qi-transforming approach as the core strategy. This is complemented by liver-spleen harmonization and auxiliary symptomatic treatments. In clinical practice, the modified Jinkui Shenqi Pill is employed,yielding consistent efficacy. A case study is appended to illustrate this therapeutic approach. |
