摘要: |
目的 以中西医结合人才岗位胜任力为核心,探讨其模型构建及中西医临床一体化人才培养策略。方法 通过问卷调查的方法,以中西医临床医学专业毕业生及用人单位为对象,围绕中西医结合人才岗位胜任力进行评价。结果 用人单位对中西医结合人才的要求较高,除中西医结合临床基础知识及基本技能外,也对毕业生的中西医结合临床思维能力和医学创新能力提出了要求。毕业生的自我评价则与工作年限相关,其中工作年限10~17年毕业生相对而言自我评价更高;毕业生建议学校加强临床技能培训、加强理论与实践的结合、注重培养医学创新能力等。结论 中西医结合人才岗位胜任力模型的构建要突出中西医结合临床思维能力,高校在本科教育中应在课程设计、教材建设、师资培训、管理和评估制度等方面进行改革,并与行业和社会保持紧密联系,不断对中西医临床一体化培养模式进行优化调整,为社会培养符合时代需求的中西医结合人才。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the model construction of post competency for integrated Chinese and Western medicine professionals, and to develop strategies for cultivating clinicians in integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A questionnaire was conducted among graduates majoring in integrated Chinese and Western medicine and their employers to evaluate the competencies of these professionals. Results Employers expressed high expectations for integrated Chinese and Western medicine professionals, requiring not only basic clinical knowledge and skills in both disciplines but also clinical thinking abilities and medical innovation capabilities. Graduates’ self-assessment correlated with their years of work experience, with those having 10-17 years of work experience showing relatively higher self-evaluations. Graduates suggested that universities should enhance clinical skills training, strengthen the integration of theory with practice, and focus on cultivating medical innovation capabilities. Conclusion The construction of a post competency model for integrated Chinese and Western medicine professionals should emphasize clinical thinking abilities in integrated practice. In undergraduate education, universities should implement reforms in curriculum design, teaching materials, faculty training, management and evaluation systems. Maintaining strong ties with the healthcare industry and society is crucial for continuously optimizing and adjusting the clinical training model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, thereby cultivating integrated medicine professionals that meet contemporary societal needs. |
