基于肠道菌群及代谢产物探究针灸治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用机制

摘要:
    肠道菌群与2型糖尿病(T2DM)关系密切,胆汁酸、短链脂肪酸代谢异常及炎症反应均参与T2DM的发病。针灸可通过调节胆汁酸代谢,提升G蛋白偶联受体5(TGR5)和胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)表达;调节短链脂肪酸代谢,增加其总量并减轻炎症;调节炎症反应,抑制相关信号通路。本文基于肠道菌群及其代谢产物,深入探究针灸治疗T2DM胰岛素抵抗的作用机制,为T2DM治疗提供新的方向。

Mechanism of action of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus based on intestinal microbiota and its metabolites

Abstract:
    The intestinal microbiota is closely associated with the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), in which abnormal bile acid(BA) and short-chain fatty acid(SCFA) metabolism as well as inflammatory responses are all involved. Acupuncture and moxibustion may regulate BA metabolism to enhance the expression of takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5) and glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1); modulate SCFA metabolism to increase its total amount and alleviate inflammation; and regulate inflammatory responses to inhibit relevant signaling pathways. Based on intestinal microbiota and its metabolites, this paper delves into the mechanism of action by which acupuncture and moxibustion treat insulin resistance(IR) in T2DM, aiming to provide new directions for T2DM treatment.
