国医大师孙光荣中和思想在中医养生学人才培养中的运用与思考

摘要:
    新医科背景下,中医养生学人才培养面临理念创新与模式改革的迫切需求。本文探讨了国医大师孙光荣“中和思想”在构建中医养生学人才培养体系中的应用。“中和”作为中国传统文化的核心哲学思想,贯穿于宇宙观和人生观之中。基于这一思想,本文提出“德道学法术器”六位一体的人才培养模式。养生之德为根本,德引领道、道主导学、学统领法、法指导术、术选择器,该思想形成了系统的培养模式,实现了传统中医理论与现代教育需求的有机融合,为培养中医养生学专业复合型人才提供了理论依据和可操作性的参考,对推进医学教育改革,服务“健康中国”战略具有重要意义。

Application and reflection of National TCM Master SUN Guangrong's philosophy of Zhonghe in cultivating Chinese medicine health preservation talents

Abstract:
    Under the new medical education paradigm, the cultivation of Chinese medicine(CM) health preservation talents faces urgent demands for conceptual innovation and model reform. This paper explores the application of National TCM Master SUN Guangrong’s philosophy of Zhonghe(harmony and balance) in constructing a talent development framework for CM health preservation. As a core philosophical concept in traditional Chinese culture, "Zhonghe(harmony and balance)" permeates both cosmological perspectives and human life philosophies. Building on this philosophy, the paper proposes a six-in-one integrated cultivation model encompassing "De-Dao-Xue-Fa-Shu-Qi"(virtue, principle, knowledge, methodology, techniques, and tools). In this framework, virtue serves as the foundation, guiding philosophic al principles; principle directs knowledge acquisition; knowledge governs methodological design; methodology informs technical application; and techniques determine tool selection. This systematic cultivation model achieves an organic integration of traditional CM theories with modern educational requirements, providing a theoretical basis and practical reference framework for cultivating interdisciplinary professionals in CM health preservation. It holds significant implications for advancing medical education reform and supporting the "Healthy China" initiative.
